Lediglich die interne Anordnung der pn-\u00dcberg\u00e4nge ist ge\u00e4ndert. Deshalb muss die Last am Transistorschaltausgang entsprechend anders angeschlossen werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>PNP-Schaltausgang<\/h2>\n<p>Die Last am Schaltausgang ist gegen GND als Bezugspunkt anzuschlie\u00dfen.
