Warum ist G 1\/2\u201c bei 1000 bar noch okay?\u00a0Was also unterscheidet einen Drucksensor f\u00fcr 1000 bar von einem f\u00fcr 1600 bar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund der <a title=\"Druckger\u00e4terichtlinie 97\/23\/EG DGRL Druckgrenzen 0,5 und 200 bar bei Drucksensoren und Druckmessumformern\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/de\/know-how\/druckgeraeterichtlinie-druckgrenzen\/\">Druckger\u00e4terichtlinie<\/a> m\u00fcssen bestimmte \u00dcberlast und Berstdr\u00fccke eingehalten werden. Irgendwo zwischen 1000 und 1600 bar reicht die Festigkeit der markt\u00fcblichen Werkstoffe nicht mehr aus, um diesen Anforderungen zu gen\u00fcgen, d. h sowohl f\u00fcr das Sensorelement als auch f\u00fcr den Druckanschluss m\u00fcssen spezielle Werkstoffe eingesetzt werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus d\u00fcrfen auch die sonst \u00fcblichen Gewinde, wie zum Beispiel G 1\/2 nach EN837 nicht mehr eingesetzt werden. Die Gewindeflanken w\u00fcrden den im \u00dcberlastfall auftretenden Dr\u00fccken nicht standhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Firma WIKA setzt in diesen F\u00e4llen den sogenannten Flieger-Stahl (1.4534) ein, der sich in Dr\u00fccken bis 15.000 bar bew\u00e4hrt hat.
