PMI-Test: R\u00f6ntgenfluoreszenzanalyse (XRF)<\/h2>\n<p>Die\u00a0R\u00f6ntgenfluoreszenzanalyse (&#8222;<strong>X<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>R<\/strong>ay <strong>F<\/strong>luorescence&#8220;) regt durch\u00a0R\u00f6ntgenstrahlung die Atome des Schutzrohrwerkstoffs zur Eigenstrahlung an, ohne die Metalloberfl\u00e4che zu\u00a0besch\u00e4digen.
