WIKA Austria, or more precisely WIKA Messger\u00e4tevertrieb GmbH in Vienna, celebrated its 40th<\/sup> anniversary. In the subsidiary, 34 employees serve both the Austrian market as well as customers and partners in the countries of the Danube region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The location in the Austrian capital houses a service department for repairs, modifications, diaphragm seal assemblies and temperature probe assemblies as well as a pressure calibration laboratory. A software hub for the R&D team was added in 2024.<\/p>\n

In 1969, WIKA took over the Hans Martin company in Vienna and continued to run it under this name until integrating it into the company as WIKA Messger\u00e4tevertrieb Ursula Wiegand GmbH & Co. KG in 1984. Since then, the subsidiary has steadily expanded its areas of responsibility. In 2014, it established a new headquarters in Vienna. As early as 2007, the German technical inspection association T\u00dcV certified WIKA Austria\u2019s quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe want to share the success of WIKA in Austria with all colleagues from the CoEs and all support functions\u201d, says S. Balasko, Senior Vice President Eastern Europe. \u201cWe did it together and are looking forward to the coming decades!\u201d The subsidiary celebrated the anniversary with a family party. In addition, there was also a communication campaign on LinkedIn, new employee photos and a company video.<\/p>\n
