Dans presque toutes les applications, ils surveillent la pression aux points de mesure qui requi\u00e8rent des indications sur place ne n\u00e9cessitant pas d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie externe ou servent de sauvegarde pour les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques. En tant que source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie alternative dans la lutte contre le changement climatique, l&rsquo;H<sub>2<\/sub> a un potentiel prometteur, mais pose certains d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de technologie de mesure. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela signifie pour l&rsquo;utilisation des manom\u00e8tres ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nL&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne est la plus petite mol\u00e9cule. Il p\u00e9n\u00e8tre donc rapidement dans de nombreux mat\u00e9riaux (perm\u00e9ation) ou les fragilise. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les manom\u00e8tres en acier inoxydable dont les parties en contact avec le produit sont en 316L conviennent principalement aux applications li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, en particulier dans la plage des hautes pressions, par exemple les mod\u00e8les 23x.30 et 23x.50 de WIKA. En effet, certains aciers aust\u00e9nitiques, tels que le 316L, sont r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la fragilisation par l&rsquo;H<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Dans les manom\u00e8tres, la perm\u00e9ation par l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne joue un r\u00f4le mineur<\/h2>\n<p>\nLa perm\u00e9ation ne joue qu&rsquo;un r\u00f4le mineur dans les manom\u00e8tres, contrairement aux instruments \u00e9lectroniques de mesure de pression ou aux s\u00e9parateurs \u00e0 membrane, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne qui se diffuse peut fausser le r\u00e9sultat de la mesure. Le principe de mesure des manom\u00e8tres permet d&rsquo;exclure de tels effets. N\u00e9anmoins, en cas de perm\u00e9ation sur une longue p\u00e9riode, de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne peut s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de mesure et p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le bo\u00eetier du manom\u00e8tre. En raison de la conception du bo\u00eetier (composants en plastique, entre autres), une \u00e9galisation de la concentration se produit alors pendant le fonctionnement normal. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est toujours recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser le manom\u00e8tre dans un environnement ventil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la plupart des applications, l\u2019H<sub>2<\/sub> se pr\u00e9sente sous forme gazeuse et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des pressions comprises entre 60 bar (mise en bouteille initiale) et 1 000 bar (stations de remplissage). L&rsquo;instrument se compose d&rsquo;un voyant incassable, d&rsquo;une cloison solide entre le syst\u00e8me de mesure et le cadran, et d&rsquo;un retour de soufflage. Ainsi, en cas de d\u00e9faillance, les composants ou le fluide ne s&rsquo;\u00e9chappent que par l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re du bo\u00eetier. Le personnel d&rsquo;exploitation situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant est donc prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>\u00c9galement en version \u00ab\u00a0sans huile ni graisse\u00a0\u00bb et en version ATEX<\/strong><br \/>\nEn plus de la version \u00ab\u00a0sans huile et sans graisse\u00a0\u00bb, WIKA fournit \u00e9galement le manom\u00e8tre en version ATEX en option.
