Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces r\u00e9glages, les utilisateurs \u00ab nettoient \u00bb la mesure de pression dans l&rsquo;application et l&rsquo;affichage de la valeur mesur\u00e9e de toute \u00ab\u00a0valeur aberrante\u00a0\u00bb insignifiante.<br \/>\nVous obtenez ainsi un r\u00e9sultat liss\u00e9 pour la mesure de la pression. Il existe deux types de r\u00e9glage de temporisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1. Temporisation de retard<\/h2>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/fr\/files\/2023\/09\/w23-38-1-blogbeitrag-zeiteinstellungen_eng_1.png\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Voici comment un pressostat dont la temporisation est r\u00e9gl\u00e9e r\u00e9agit \u00e0 un profil de pression.<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>Les temporisations peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es ind\u00e9pendamment les unes des autres pour tous les points de commutation et de r\u00e9initialisation. Elles servent \u00e0 \u00ab filtrer \u00bb les variations de pression \u00e0 court terme. Pour qu\u2019un changement de signal \u00e9lectrique se produise \u00e0 la sortie de commutation, la pression doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente au point de commutation ou de r\u00e9initialisation pendant ce temps et sans interruption.<\/p>\n<p>Exemple : Un pressostat \u00e9lectronique doit signaler \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 de commande que la pression de service de 8 bar a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e. Dans ce cas, la temporisation de commutation est de 1 s. <br \/>\nLa pression d\u00e9passe le point de commutation et augmente jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 8,1 bar. Apr\u00e8s 0,7 s, la pression chute \u00e0 nouveau et reste inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 8 bar. En raison de la temporisation sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e, le pressostat ne r\u00e9agit pas \u00e0 la variation de la pression et il n&rsquo;y a donc pas de changement de signal \u00e0 la sortie de commutation. <br \/>\nCette \u00e9tape ne se produirait que si la pression \u00e9tait encore de 8,1 bar apr\u00e8s 1 s.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Temporisation d&rsquo;amortissement<\/h2>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/fr\/files\/2023\/09\/w23-38-2-blogbeitrag-zeiteinstellungen_eng_2.png\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Concept de temporisation d&rsquo;amortissement en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (sch\u00e9ma de principe).<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9glage de temporisation d&rsquo;un pressostat est la temporisation d&rsquo;amortissement. Elle peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e ind\u00e9pendamment pour l&rsquo;affichage num\u00e9rique, les sorties de commutation et la sortie analogique.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps d&rsquo;amortissement permet de calculer la moyenne des valeurs mesur\u00e9es avant de les afficher. En cas de variations rapides de la pression, par exemple, la valeur mesur\u00e9e affich\u00e9e peut \u00eatre stabilis\u00e9e et un \u00e9ventuel signal analogique peut \u00eatre liss\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\nCela permet d&rsquo;une part de faciliter la lecture des valeurs mesur\u00e9es. D&rsquo;autre part, la temporisation d&rsquo;amortissement emp\u00eache la commande de r\u00e9agir imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 toutes les fluctuations. Il est \u00e9galement possible de combiner d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles temporisations pour les sorties de commutation. Cela peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaire, par exemple, pour les syst\u00e8mes pneumatiques.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, les bouteilles d&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9 dont les pistons ont des diam\u00e8tres et des courses diff\u00e9rents font fluctuer la pression lors des courses avant et arri\u00e8re. Ce comportement est typique d&rsquo;un fonctionnement normal. Il ne n\u00e9cessite donc aucune intervention de la part du contr\u00f4leur.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9glages des dur\u00e9es sur le pressostat PSD-4<\/h2>\n<p>\nDans quelles plages de temporisation un pressostat peut-il \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 ? <br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wika.com\/fr-fr\/psd_4.WIKA\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">Le PSD-4 de WIKA,<\/a> par exemple, permet une marge jusqu\u2019\u00e0 65 secondes dans les deux cas. L&rsquo;utilisateur peut r\u00e9gler la temporisation de retard par incr\u00e9ments de 50 ms et la temporisation d&rsquo;amortissement par incr\u00e9ments de 100 ms.
