Dans les armoires de commande, deux de ces instruments de mesure sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9s. Un pressostat est utilis\u00e9 pour commander la pompe pour la pression hydraulique, tandis que le second d\u00e9clenche une alarme si la pression tombe en dessous d&rsquo;un niveau minimum. Toutefois, il est \u00e9galement possible de combiner les deux fonctions dans un seul instrument.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un fabricant de vannes \u00e0 bille pour gazoducs a choisi cette solution avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wika.com\/fr-fr\/ba_bax.WIKA?highlightedText=ba\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">pressostat m\u00e9canique mod\u00e8le BA<\/a> de WIKA. Cette solution permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;un deuxi\u00e8me instrument et de r\u00e9duire les efforts d&rsquo;installation de l&rsquo;instrumentation. Depuis lors, les armoires de commande sont \u00e9galement devenues plus compactes. Pour remplir sa mission, WIKA a configur\u00e9 le pressostat pour les actionneurs de vannes avec trois points de commutation. L&rsquo;appareil arr\u00eate la pompe pour la pression hydraulique \u00e0 une valeur de 190 bar et la remet en marche lorsque la pression tombe \u00e0 150 bar. Si la pression tombe \u00e0 90 bar, par exemple en raison d&rsquo;une fuite ou d&rsquo;une d\u00e9faillance de la pompe, le pressostat \u00e9met une alarme. L&rsquo;exploitant de la canalisation peut ainsi intervenir \u00e0 temps et \u00e9viter une d\u00e9faillance de la vanne.<\/p>\n<h2>Les pressostats pour actionneurs de vannes fonctionnent avec deux contacts diff\u00e9rents<\/h2>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/18\/files\/2024\/03\/textbild_druckschalter_ventilantrieb.jpg\" alt=\"The type B pressure switch can be configured with three switching points for a dual function.\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">S\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les actionneurs de vannes : Le pressostat mod\u00e8le BA contr\u00f4le la pompe hydraulique et peut \u00e9galement d\u00e9clencher une alarme.<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>La configuration des pressostats mod\u00e8le BA pour les actionneurs de vannes est bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de deux contacts de commutation diff\u00e9rents. Le contact pour la commande de la pompe a un \u00e9cart (hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis) r\u00e9glable en fonction de la t\u00e2che, tandis que le contact pour l&rsquo;alarme a un \u00e9cart fixe. Cette version de pressostat est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement con\u00e7ue pour des applications avec une plage de r\u00e9glage \u2265 16 bar. De plus, il doit y avoir une diff\u00e9rence d&rsquo;au moins dix pour cent de la plage de r\u00e9glage respective entre le point de commutation\/r\u00e9initialisation de l&rsquo;\u00e9cart r\u00e9glable et le point de commutation de l&rsquo;\u00e9cart fixe. Ceci est n\u00e9cessaire pour exclure les effets m\u00e9caniques d&rsquo;un contact sur l&rsquo;autre. La pr\u00e9cision du pressostat n&rsquo;en est pas affect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Instrument de mesure Atex avec une grande pr\u00e9cision de commutation pour des pressions jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1.000 bar<\/h2>\n<p>Le pressostat mod\u00e8le BA peut commuter avec une grande pr\u00e9cision des puissances \u00e9lev\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 A 250 VAC, , selon la version. La r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 du point de consigne est \u2264 0,5 % de l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue de mesure. Cet instrument robuste et polyvalent est con\u00e7u pour des pressions jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1.000 bar et une protection contre l&rsquo;inflammation Ex d (bo\u00eetier antid\u00e9flagrant). Il fonctionne parfaitement, m\u00eame \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 -60 \u00b0C.
