Contrairement \u00e0 la combustion, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un process ferm\u00e9 qui n&rsquo;\u00e9met pas de polluants dans l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour la production d&rsquo;un substitut du p\u00e9trole brut, on utilise un r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 tubes et \u00e0 coques, \u00e0 partir duquel le carburant est ensuite raffin\u00e9 (la section d&rsquo;un tel r\u00e9acteur, illustr\u00e9e ici avec un thermocouple multipoint pour le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature, n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle). \u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante du process de production, le \u00ab syngaz \u00bb est transform\u00e9 en un substitut du p\u00e9trole brut, appel\u00e9 \u00ab syncrude \u00bb, par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Fischer-Tropsch dans un r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 tubes et \u00e0 coques. Ce process se d\u00e9roule dans des tubes contenant un nombre sp\u00e9cifique d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de remplissage avec un catalyseur propre au producteur. Chaque tube mesure 18 m\u00e8tres de long.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Neuf thermocouple multipoint sont n\u00e9cessaires<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" lang=\"FR-FR\" class=\"TextRun SCXW168560946 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW168560946 BCX8\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des tubes remplis de catalyseur, des temp\u00e9ratures jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 +327 \u00b0C sont atteintes. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW168560946 BCX8\">Une connaissance pr\u00e9cise de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la temp\u00e9rature dans le process est cruciale pour un fonctionnement efficace et, en fin de compte, pour la qualit\u00e9 du produit souhait\u00e9. Les temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es ne sont pas le seul d\u00e9fi : les tubes de catalyseur ont un diam\u00e8tre de cinq centim\u00e8tres, et l&rsquo;insertion de la gaine du thermocouple multipoint est donc un process d\u00e9licat. Pour obtenir un profil de temp\u00e9rature significatif dans le r\u00e9acteur, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW168560946 BCX8\">un thermocouple multipoint doit \u00eatre install\u00e9 dans chacun des neuf tubes.\u202f<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW168560946 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Mesures dans des espaces extr\u00eamement restreints\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour cette mesure dans des espaces extr\u00eamement r\u00e9duits, les sp\u00e9cialistes en temp\u00e9rature de WIKA-GAYESCO ont choisi la sonde miniature TC97, une sonde thermocouple multipoint \u00e9prouv\u00e9e pour les r\u00e9acteurs tubulaires \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et haute pression pour r\u00e9actions exothermiques. Neuf instruments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, chacun avec 13 points de mesure, dans une gaine de 18 m\u00e8tres de longueur et d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre de seulement 4,7 millim\u00e8tres.<\/span><span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Profil de temp\u00e9rature pour la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce des points chauds dangereux du process\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les points de mesure sont positionn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 capter la temp\u00e9rature du process \u00e0 39 hauteurs pr\u00e9d\u00e9finies \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du lit catalytique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la mesure et \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse rapide du TC97, le producteur de SAF obtient un profil de temp\u00e9rature qui permet de r\u00e9agir rapidement aux \u00e9volutions du process. Il est capable de d\u00e9tecter \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce la formation de points chauds nuisibles r\u00e9sultant d&rsquo;un comportement erron\u00e9 du process et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la dur\u00e9e de vie du catalyseur.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Le thermocouple multipoint garantit un cycle de fonctionnement de trois ans\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L&rsquo;installation des instruments de mesure s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans des conditions difficiles. Chaque thermocouple multipoint a d\u00fb \u00eatre ins\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;ouvertures avec des tol\u00e9rances \u00e9troites. Gr\u00e2ce au mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9sistant de la gaine et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fil guide et d&rsquo;un m\u00e9canisme de montage, l&rsquo;installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sans difficult\u00e9. Les TC97 sont robustes et con\u00e7us pour l&rsquo;application, garantissant un cycle op\u00e9rationnel de trois ans, en ad\u00e9quation avec la dur\u00e9e de vie pr\u00e9vue du catalyseur. Les signaux sont transmis via un c\u00e2ble flexible aux transmetteurs 4\u202620 mA, connect\u00e9s au syst\u00e8me DCS et SIS. Le syncrude obtenu dans le r\u00e9acteur Fischer-Tropsch est ensuite raffin\u00e9 en produit final. Le carburant est sans soufre, sans particules fines et sans autres impuret\u00e9s.
