Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements climatiques impr\u00e9vus tels que les gel\u00e9es tardives ou les fortes pluies peuvent provoquer des pertes massives de r\u00e9colte. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les p\u00e9riodes prolong\u00e9es de s\u00e9cheresse ou d\u2019humidit\u00e9. Ainsi, la surveillance des conditions environnementales joue un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important dans les pratiques op\u00e9rationnelles modernes. \u00c0 cet effet, les technologies IIoT \u00e9prouv\u00e9es dans l\u2019industrie peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans les vignobles. Cela est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 avec un syst\u00e8me de surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature que WIKA a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et test\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s pour un vignoble pr\u00e8s de Klingenberg en Allemagne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me antigel install\u00e9 dans le vignoble \u00e9tait programm\u00e9 pour se d\u00e9clencher \u00e0 4 heures du matin tous les jours.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me de surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 alert\u00e9s \u00e0 temps \u00bb, raconte le viticulteur, encore soulag\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019alerte, le viticulteur et son \u00e9quipe ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer l\u2019air dans le vignoble d\u00e8s 2h30, permettant de sauver de nombreux bourgeons \u2013 et donc les vignes de la nouvelle r\u00e9colte \u2013 qui auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes des temp\u00e9ratures n\u00e9gatives arriv\u00e9es plus t\u00f4t dans la nuit.<\/p>\n<h2>Six sondes de temp\u00e9rature \u00a0aliment\u00e9es par batterie r\u00e9partis dans le vignoble<\/h2>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/es\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/19\/files\/2025\/01\/textbild_iiot_weinberg.jpg\" alt=\"Les donn\u00e9es de la sonde \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance peuvent \u00eatre consult\u00e9es \u00e0 tout moment\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Les sondes \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance mod\u00e8le TRW transmettent les valeurs mesur\u00e9es toutes les demi-heures. Un coup d\u2019\u0153il au smartphone donne au viticulteur une vision claire de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019alerte pr\u00e9coce IIoT mis en place par WIKA ne diff\u00e8re fondamentalement pas de celui d\u2019une installation industrielle. Six <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wika.com\/fr-fr\/trw.WIKA?highlightedText=trw\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">sondes \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance miniatures mod\u00e8le TRW<\/a>, aliment\u00e9es par batterie et dot\u00e9es d\u2019une transmission sans fil, sont r\u00e9parties sur diff\u00e9rentes parcelles et emplacements du vignoble. Toutes les demi-heures, les valeurs de temp\u00e9rature enregistr\u00e9es par les capteurs sont d\u2019abord transmises via la norme radio LoRaWAN\u00ae \u00e0 un r\u00e9cepteur central (la \u00ab\u00a0passerelle\u00a0\u00bb), puis regroup\u00e9es et visualis\u00e9es sur la plateforme WIKA bas\u00e9e sur un navigateur. Cela permet au viticulteur de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 tout moment via PC, tablette ou smartphone, et de r\u00e9agir imm\u00e9diatement si n\u00e9cessaire, comme en cas de gel.<\/p>\n<h2>Bien plus qu\u2019une simple fonction d\u2019alerte<\/h2>\n<p>Cependant, l\u2019alerte n\u2019est qu\u2019une fonction d\u2019urgence. Les donn\u00e9es de temp\u00e9rature pr\u00e9cises aident \u00e9galement le viticulteur \u00e0 optimiser l\u2019utilisation des bougies antigel afin de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d\u2019achat et les temps de travail. Il est d\u00e9sormais possible de d\u00e9terminer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment quand, o\u00f9 et avec quelle densit\u00e9 allumer les bougies et quand les \u00e9teindre. Dans le cas d\u00e9crit, le temps de combustion des bougies a suffi pour deux nuits cons\u00e9cutives de gel.<\/p>\n<p>Sans le syst\u00e8me de surveillance, toutes les bougies antigel disponibles auraient probablement \u00e9t\u00e9 consomm\u00e9es d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re nuit, ce qui aurait entra\u00een\u00e9 une perte presque totale de la r\u00e9colte pour cette ann\u00e9e.<br \/>\nR\u00e9agir aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements urgents tels que le gel ou le risque d\u2019infestation fongique n\u2019est qu\u2019un des avantages de la surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019IIoT dans un vignoble ; un autre<\/p>\n<p>avantage est l\u2019analyse de toutes les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es afin d\u2019identifier des mod\u00e8les et des tendances.
