On part toutefois du principe que la temp\u00e9rature ambiante est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature du m\u00e9dia. Dans le cas inverse, c\u2019est le m\u00e9dia du process mesur\u00e9 qui est r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 par le thermom\u00e8tre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral cela signifie que chaque thermom\u00e8tre g\u00e9n\u00e8re une d\u00e9rivation de chaleur.\u00a0Tout r\u00e9side donc dans la minimisation de cette erreur.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Facteurs influen\u00e7ants le niveau\u00a0de d\u00e9rivation de la chaleur<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature entre m\u00e9dia mesur\u00e9 et temp\u00e9rature ambiante du thermom\u00e8tre<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 thermique du m\u00e9dia mesur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 thermique du thermom\u00e8tre (de ses composants)<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00e9fficient chaleur des mat\u00e9riaux du thermom\u00e8tre<\/li>\n<li>Conductibilit\u00e9 thermique du thermom\u00e8tre (ses composants)<\/li>\n<li>Rapports de masse (doigt de gant, tuyauterie, m\u00e9dia mesur\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La d\u00e9finition et la conception du thermom\u00e8tre d\u00e9coulent en d\u00e9finitive de la somme des facteurs qui influent sur le thermom\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<h2>Composants du thermom\u00e8tre avec forte\u00a0d\u00e9rivation de chaleur<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les\u00a0thermom\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques : doigt de gant, <span>gaine ext\u00e9rieure<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>fils<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Pour les thermom\u00e8tres \u00e0 dilatation de gaz :\u00a0 doigt de gant,\u00a0plongeur, capillaires<\/li>\n<li>Pour les thermom\u00e8tres bim\u00e9talliques :\u00a0doigt de gant, axe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La d\u00e9rivation de la chaleur est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e principalement par les composants m\u00e9talliques du thermom\u00e8tre mais aussi par l\u2019air qui transporte la chaleur \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du thermom\u00e8tre &#8211; mais en plus petite proportion. La d\u00e9rivation de la chaleur est d\u2019autant plus grande (\u00e0 mat\u00e9riaux semblables) que la surface de section par laquelle la chaleur est transmise est grande. Plus la masse du thermom\u00e8tre ou de son doigt de gant\u00a0est grande plus la conductibilit\u00e9 thermique est grande, ce qui\u00a0oblige de\u00a0retirer davantage l\u2019\u00e9nergie de chaleur du point de mesure.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conditions pour\u00a0\u00e9viter les erreurs de d\u00e9rivation de chaleur <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/fr\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/26\/files\/2016\/09\/ro.135.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/files\/2016\/07\/ro.135-388x259.jpg\" alt=\"Example of a measuring point for which a considerable heat dissipation\/measuring error should be expected\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Exemple d&rsquo;un point de mesure sur lequel on peut estimer qu&rsquo;il y aura une assez grande d\u00e9rive de chaleur<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<ul>\n<li>La conception du thermom\u00e8tre doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e aux sp\u00e9cifications\/conditions du point de mesure (dans la mesure du possible).<\/li>\n<li>Le thermom\u00e8tre doit \u00eatre plong\u00e9 suffisamment profond\u00e9ment dans le m\u00e9dia qui doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, il se peut que la chaleur se disperse fortement et que l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment sensible ne re\u00e7oive pas assez d\u2019\u00e9nergie de chaleur qui permette une mesure ad\u00e9quate de la temp\u00e9rature du m\u00e9dia.
