Ils interviennent lorsque les manom\u00e8tres \u00e0 tube manom\u00e9trique atteignent les limites de leurs performances. En effet, l\u2019un des atouts majeurs du manom\u00e8tres \u00e0 membrane repose sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mesurer des basses pressions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les manom\u00e8tres \u00e0 membrane sont identifiables au premier coup d\u2019\u0153il : la cellule de mesure qui int\u00e8gre la membrane est situ\u00e9e sous le bo\u00eetier de l\u2019instrument. Ces instruments peuvent mesurer des pressions \u00e0 partir de 16 mbar et peuvent aller au maximum jusqu\u2019\u00e0 env. \u00a025 bar (par comparaison, les manom\u00e8tres \u00e0 tube manom\u00e9trique peuvent difficilement descendre au-dessous de la valeur physique de mesure de 600 mbar). Plus la membrane est grande, plus il est possible de mesurer des basses pressions, selon la formule\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0pression = force\/surface\u00a0\u00bb. WIKA utilise 2 tailles de membrane\u00a0: en diam\u00e8tre de 134.5mm pour des mesures de 0\u202616 mbar \u00e0 0\u2026250 mbar et en diam\u00e8tre de 76.5mm pour des mesures de 0\u2026400 mbar \u00e0 0\u202625 bar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Variante sp\u00e9ciale aux manom\u00e8tres \u00e0 membrane<\/h2>\n<p>Les manom\u00e8tres \u00e0 membrane atteignent leurs limites pour des pressions inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 16 mbar. Dans ce cas, les membranes devraient \u00eatre exceptionnellement fines pour parvenir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 requise. Mais alors leur stabilit\u00e9 ne serait plus aussi fiable. Ce probl\u00e8me peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une variante sp\u00e9ciale du manom\u00e8tre \u00e0 membrane\u00a0: le manom\u00e8tre \u00e0 capsule.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 capsule sont constitu\u00e9s de 2 membranes soud\u00e9es ensemble et sont mis sous pression de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. La capsule va \u00ab\u00a0gonfler\u00a0\u00bb dans les deux sens sous l\u2019effet de la pression du fluide. et ce syst\u00e8me permet donc de mesurer des pressions tr\u00e8s faibles, ceci sans r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des membranes composant la capsule.
