Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e9tait de ce fait tr\u00e8s consommateur de temps. Cette contrainte \u00e9tait encore plus pr\u00e9sente dans les secteurs industriels comme l\u2019agroalimentaire ou la pharmacie o\u00f9 les nettoyages sont fr\u00e9quents et imp\u00e9ratifs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>NEP \u2013 Nettoyage-En-Place<\/h2>\n<p>Les secteurs de l\u2019agroalimentaire et de la pharmacie ont grandement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des process NEP. <br \/>\nEt ce, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019apparition d\u2019une m\u00e9thode de nettoyage qui est toujours en vigueur aujourd\u2019hui et qui permet aux surfaces internes de syst\u00e8mes \u00e9tanches d\u2019\u00eatre nettoy\u00e9es sans n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9montage (du moins un d\u00e9montage total). <br \/>\nLe plus souvent, les process NEP sont enti\u00e8rement automatiques et soumis \u00e0 des timings et param\u00e8tres pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment d\u00e9finis. L\u2019op\u00e9ration de nettoyage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec plusieurs \u00e9tapes bien arr\u00eat\u00e9es comme l\u2019illustre le diagramme ci-dessus. <br \/>\nSelon l\u2019application, les temp\u00e9ratures de nettoyage peuvent atteindre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90 \u00b0C. Un d\u00e9bit n\u00e9cessaire et suffisant est \u00e9galement requis, avec des valeurs habituellement entre 1,5 et 2,1 m\/s, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 enlever les impuret\u00e9s. <br \/>\nLes vitesses d\u2019\u00e9coulement sup\u00e9rieures ou inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 ces valeurs conduisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats insatisfaisants en terme de qualit\u00e9 de nettoyage.<\/p>\n<h2>SEP \u2013 St\u00e9rilisation-En-Place<\/h2>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 SEP est une extension du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 NEP, puisqu\u2019il y ajoute une phase de st\u00e9rilisation, et il concerne les m\u00eames installations. <br \/>\nLa st\u00e9rilisation d\u2019un process critique en terme d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne intervient \u00e0 la fin du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 NEP. Cela permet de s\u2019assurer que tous les micro-organismes encore pr\u00e9sents et actifs dans le syst\u00e8me sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019eau br\u00fblante ou de vapeur satur\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (typiquement 140 \u00b0C). <br \/>\nL\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e par l\u2019utilisation compl\u00e9mentaire de d\u00e9sinfectants chimiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe un certain nombre d\u2019instruments de mesure dans la gamme WIKA qui sont compatibles avec les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s NEP et SEP.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine de la pression, c\u2019est par exemple le cas des manom\u00e8tres acier inox de la famille PG43SA.
