N\u00e9anmoins, il existe une diff\u00e9rence significative entre la pr\u00e9cision du point de commutation et la pr\u00e9cision de lecture de la pression d&rsquo;un pressostat \u00e9lectronique qui doit \u00eatre prise en compte lors de l&rsquo;examen de la pr\u00e9cision globale d&rsquo;un pressostat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9cision des pressostats<\/h2>\n<p>La pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d&rsquo;un pressostat \u00e9lectronique est la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure de pression elle-m\u00eame. Cette pr\u00e9cision d\u00e9pend dans une large mesure du capteur de pression utilis\u00e9 dans le pressostat. L&rsquo;erreur maximale mesur\u00e9e du signal de pression est d\u00e9riv\u00e9e de la non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, du d\u00e9calage du z\u00e9ro, de la tol\u00e9rance d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, de l&rsquo;hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis et de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 du capteur &#8211; r\u00e9sultant de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation \u00e9lectronique du signal du capteur et du capteur lui-m\u00eame. Ainsi, la pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ne d\u00e9termine que la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure de la pression actuelle du fluide, mais ne vous donne aucune indication sur la pr\u00e9cision de votre signal de point de commutation.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9cision du point de commutation<\/h2>\n<p>Le signal du point de commutation est un signal de sortie fourni par l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique interne \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du pressostat \u00e9lectronique, utilisant des transistors PNP ou NPN. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9lectroniques analysent la lecture de pression du capteur de pression et activent le signal de sortie du commutateur chaque fois qu&rsquo;une lecture de pression de consigne a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e. Cependant, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9lectroniques s&rsquo;ajoutent \u00e0 ceux du capteur de pression standard et ajoutent donc une erreur suppl\u00e9mentaire en plus de la pr\u00e9cision standard du capteur. Ainsi, la pr\u00e9cision du point de commutation est une estimation cumulative de la pr\u00e9cision standard et de la pr\u00e9cision de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique du point de commutation.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc important de comprendre, lorsqu&rsquo;on regarde la pr\u00e9cision d&rsquo;un point de commutation, qu&rsquo;il peut y avoir une diff\u00e9rence entre la pression r\u00e9elle et le point de commutation activ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, la pr\u00e9cision du point de commutation, qui est plus proche d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9cision totale, doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e en premier lieu pour s\u00e9lectionner un pressostat \u00e9lectronique adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 vos besoins.
