Ceci est valable uniquement pour les instruments non remplis. Lorsqu&rsquo;il y a des vibrations dans le process, l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur doit souvent recourir \u00e0 des thermom\u00e8tres \u00e0 remplissage liquide. L&rsquo;huile de silicone utilis\u00e9e att\u00e9nue les vibrations. Cependant, cela limite la temp\u00e9rature maximale possible dans le process \u00e0 +250 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p>Les thermom\u00e8tres \u00e0 gaz fonctionnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mani\u00e8re fiable entre -200 \u00b0 C et +700 \u00b0 C. L&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur doit \u00e9galement tenir compte de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Avec des temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes de 23 \u00b0 C \u00b1 10 \u00b0 C, WIKA garantit la classe de pr\u00e9cision 1 de la norme EN13190. Cependant, plus le volume de gaz est faible, plus cela peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 maintenir. Pour une mesure exacte de la temp\u00e9rature du process, le thermom\u00e8tre doit \u00eatre dimensionn\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le diam\u00e8tre du plongeur doit \u00eatre d&rsquo;au moins 8 mm.<\/li>\n<li>La partie active du thermom\u00e8tre, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le capteur de temp\u00e9rature rempli de gaz, doit avoir une longueur d&rsquo;au moins 100 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec les thermom\u00e8tres bim\u00e9talliques, la temp\u00e9rature ambiante n&rsquo;a aucune influence sur le r\u00e9sultat de la mesure. Par cons\u00e9quent, ces instruments peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s avec des conditions ext\u00e9rieures jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 -50 \u00b0 C.
