Thermom\u00e8tres bim\u00e9talliques ou thermom\u00e8tres \u00e0 dilatation de gaz &#8211; la d\u00e9cision sur le type de thermom\u00e8tre d\u00e9pend de plusieurs facteurs. L&rsquo;un des crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection les plus importants est le temps de r\u00e9ponse de l&rsquo;instrument de mesure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quand il s&rsquo;agit de vitesse de r\u00e9action, il faut d\u00e9finitivement privil\u00e9gier les thermom\u00e8tres \u00e0 dilatation de gaz. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ces thermom\u00e8tres prennent environ 30 secondes pour une mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature de 10 \u00b0 C \u00e0 90 \u00b0 C. Un thermom\u00e8tre bim\u00e9tallique afficherait la m\u00eame valeur finale apr\u00e8s 90 secondes. En raison de leurs temps de r\u00e9ponse courts, les thermom\u00e8tres \u00e0 dilatation de gaz sont particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019il y a des exigences de commutation.<\/p>\n<p>La diff\u00e9rence de vitesse s&rsquo;explique par les diff\u00e9rents principes fonctionnels des deux types de thermom\u00e8tres &#8211; contrairement au thermom\u00e8tre bim\u00e9tallique (qui utilise le principe de coefficients de dilatation diff\u00e9rents), le syst\u00e8me de mesure d&rsquo;un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 dilatation de gaz est rempli d&rsquo;h\u00e9lium sous pression. Tout changement de temp\u00e9rature entra\u00eene un changement imm\u00e9diat de la pression interne dans le plongeur.
