Cependant, certains points doivent \u00eatre pris en compte pour son int\u00e9gration dans l\u2019\u00e9quipement, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire pour le client par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un capteur enti\u00e8rement ajust\u00e9 avec un signal de sortie amplifi\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, pour chaque capteur, le point z\u00e9ro et l\u2019erreur de l\u2019\u00e9chelle doivent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9s et compens\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9lectronique du client. Pour cela, une mesure du signal du capteur, \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat non pressuris\u00e9 et \u00e0 la pression (pression de travail), est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les deux cas, il y aura un \u00e9cart de signal par rapport \u00e0 la valeur attendue (= d\u00e9calage). Cependant, ces erreurs de mesure peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es via une \u00e9lectronique d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation. En particulier lors du r\u00e9glage de la pression de travail, il faut veiller \u00e0 utiliser une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de pr\u00e9cision suffisante (valeur standard: la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, conform\u00e9ment aux sp\u00e9cifications de la norme EN 837, doit avoir une erreur de mesure au moins 4 fois inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du capteur qui doit \u00eatre ajust\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, pour un capteur \u00e0 couche mince en m\u00e9tal (par ex.,\u00a0type WIKA TTF-1), le d\u00e9calage du point z\u00e9ro peut atteindre 25% et l&rsquo;erreur de l\u2019\u00e9chelle, en fonction de la plage de pression, 15-25%.
