Cet article devrait vous \u00e9clairer sur la compatibilit\u00e9 de ces mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Au profit des citoyens europ\u00e9ens<\/h2>\n<p>Comme le montre la fig. 1, la directive 98\/83 \/ CE (directive sur l&rsquo;eau potable) est \u00e0 la base de l&rsquo;ensemble du d\u00e9bat. L\u2019objectif de cette directive est d\u2019assurer en permanence une haute qualit\u00e9 d\u2019eau potable au sein de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne..<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"max-width:846px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/fr\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/26\/files\/2018\/11\/drinkingwarersuitability-838x450.png\" alt=\"Drinking water suitability\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig. 1: Example: Regulations regarding the drinking water suitability of metals in Germa<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Eau potable: mise en \u0153uvre en Europe<\/h2>\n<p>Les directives de l&rsquo;UE ont force de loi et doivent \u00eatre transpos\u00e9es en droit national par les \u00c9tats membres. \u00c0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, les l\u00e9gislations, normes, etc. nationales ne sont pas harmonis\u00e9es en ce qui concerne la conformit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux ou des produits pour l&rsquo;eau potable. En 2007, quatre \u00c9tats membres de l&rsquo;UE (la France, l&rsquo;Allemagne, les Pays-Bas et le Royaume-Uni) se sont regroup\u00e9s et ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 un groupe travaillant ensemble \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une approche commune du sujet. Il en r\u00e9sulte la liste de composition commune 4MS &#8211; Acceptation des mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques utilis\u00e9s pour les produits en contact avec l&rsquo;eau potable.<\/p>\n<p>Pour WIKA, en tant que fabricant d\u2019instruments de mesure, cette \u00abliste 4MS\u00bb rev\u00eat une grande importance. C&rsquo;est une liste positive contenant tous les mat\u00e9riaux approuv\u00e9s pour les applications d&rsquo;eau potable. Seuls les mat\u00e9riaux inclus dans cette liste peuvent entrer en contact avec de l&rsquo;eau potable.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, l&rsquo;Italie et le Portugal ont rejoint l&rsquo;initiative 4MS, et en renforcent la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/fr\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/26\/files\/2018\/11\/processconnection-388x444.jpg\" alt=\"Pressure gauge\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig. 2: The meaning explained using a pressure gauge<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<h2>Explications en utilisant un manom\u00e8tre comme exemple<\/h2>\n<p>Chaque maison contient un ou plusieurs manom\u00e8tres dans le circuit d&rsquo;eau potable. Ils indiquent la pression qui pr\u00e9vaut dans le circuit.<\/p>\n<p>La zone ombr\u00e9e en bleu indique les composants qui entrent en contact avec le fluide. Le fluide, en l&rsquo;occurrence de l&rsquo;eau potable, passe par le raccord process et le tube manom\u00e9trique. Le tube manom\u00e9trique se d\u00e9forme proportionnellement \u00e0 la pression de l&rsquo;eau potable. La rotation de l\u2019aiguille sur le cadran indique la pression.<\/p>\n<p>La condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un manom\u00e8tre dans un circuit d&rsquo;eau potable est la conformit\u00e9 au DWD. Pour y r\u00e9pondre au mieux il est n\u00e9cessaire que les raccords et les tubes manom\u00e9triques soient fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s dans la liste 4MS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La solution: les manom\u00e8tres WIKA adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau potable<\/h2>\n<p>WIKA propose \u00e0 ses clients une solution compatible \u00e0 100% gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des combinaisons de mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9cifiques:<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Variante 1: Raccord et tube manom\u00e9trique en acier inoxydable (les aciers inoxydables peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sans exception)<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Variante 2: Raccord : CW614N (CuZn39Pb3), tube manom\u00e9trique : CW508L-DW (CuZn37)<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>La liste de composition commune 4MS &#8211; L\u2019acceptation des mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques utilis\u00e9s pour les produits en contact avec l\u2019eau potable est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important lors de la conception d\u2019instruments de mesure pour les applications en eau potable. Pour garantir la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 cette r\u00e9glementation, il est important de bien clarifier l\u2019application \u00ab Eau potable \u00bb lors des achats et ventes d\u2019instruments de mesure pour ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remarque<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les autres membres de l&rsquo;UE n&rsquo;ont pas encore adopt\u00e9 de r\u00e9glementations comparables pour la mise en \u0153uvre de la directive de l&rsquo;UE.
