Ce qui semble tr\u00e8s philosophique au premier abord a un fondement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9el. La r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9, voire la non-r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un pressostat, d\u00e9finit avec quelle pr\u00e9cision il active un contact avec une approche r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 la m\u00eame valeur de pression. Ce qui fait de cette information l\u2019une des sp\u00e9cifications les plus importantes, sinon la plus importante, des pressostats. C\u2019est pour cette raison que la r\u00e8gle suivante s&rsquo;applique : plus la (non-)r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 est bonne, plus le commutateur est on\u00e9reux. Le vrai probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans la d\u00e9nomination de cette sp\u00e9cification. Comment d\u00e9finie-t-on la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et la non-r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9finition scientifique<\/h2>\n<p>Du point de vue technico-math\u00e9matique, la question est rapidement r\u00e9solue : la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9crit la pr\u00e9cision avec laquelle un contact commute lors d\u2019une approche r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 la m\u00eame valeur de pression. Alors que la non-r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 est l\u2019inverse et d\u00e9crit donc avec quelle impr\u00e9cision un contact commute lors d\u2019une approche r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 une valeur de pression.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un exemple concret, cela ressemblerait \u00e0 ceci : Si la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 est de 99%, la non-r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 est de 1%. En d&rsquo;autres termes, le point de commutation r\u00e9el peut varier jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 % d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de commutation \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Cela semble logique, non ? Donc quel est le probl\u00e8me ?<\/p>\n<h2>Dans une approche globale<\/h2>\n<p>Sur certains march\u00e9s cibles, et en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans la \u00abnorme britannique\u00bb pour les pressostats, il est courant de parler de non-r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 en tant que r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9. Confus ? Mais non ! \u00a0Par \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, on entend la non-r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un point de vue technico-math\u00e9matique. Par cons\u00e9quent, le pressostat de l&rsquo;exemple ci-dessus aurait une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 de 1%.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc compliqu\u00e9 de servir, en tant qu\u2019entreprise (telle que WIKA), les march\u00e9s cibles les plus divers avec diff\u00e9rents pressostats. Le d\u00e9fi pour la gestion des produits est de pouvoir parler la m\u00eame langue que le client afin de d\u00e9finir chaque pressostat et, par cons\u00e9quent, de choisir entre r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et non r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9. Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il de la philosophie de votre portefeuille client et de votre propre service commercial ? Comment leur expliquer que l\u2019on veut dire la m\u00eame chose avec deux termes qui signifient le contraire? Ce serait presque comme dire \u00abjour\u00bb pour jour, mais ensuite, parfois, dire \u00abnuit\u00bb pour jour.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Puisqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de \u00abbon\u00bb ou de \u00abmauvais\u00bb terme comme expliqu\u00e9 ci-dessus, vous trouverez \u00e9galement les deux d\u00e9nominations avec WIKA. Et fondamentalement, peu importe que le terme r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 ou non r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 soit utilis\u00e9 dans une fiche technique, car si la valeur est petite, on peut \u00eatre s\u00fbr que la non r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 est toujours entendue du point de vue technico-math\u00e9matique.
