Le composant ou l&rsquo;instrument doit \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9 suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de deux param\u00e8tres statistiques qui sont utilis\u00e9s pour repr\u00e9senter la fiabilit\u00e9 des composants (\u00e9lectroniques).
