Cependant, la multiplication de l&rsquo;instrumentation pour y r\u00e9pondre ne doit pas \u00eatre une cons\u00e9quence in\u00e9vitable. C&rsquo;est ce que d\u00e9montre l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un transmetteur de process universel dans la production d&rsquo;API (\u00ab\u00a0principes pharmaceutiques actifs\u00a0\u00bb).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les ingr\u00e9dients pharmaceutiques actifs constituent le c\u0153ur de nombreux produits m\u00e9dicaux. Les efforts des entreprises dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des process sont donc importants. Par exemple, un producteur d&rsquo;API pour antibiotiques recherche donc une instrumentation pour le process de synth\u00e8se des API qui soit \u00e0 la fois pr\u00e9cise et fiable \u00e0 long terme. D&rsquo;autre part, la corrosion doit \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e dans les \u00e9tapes critiques correspondantes du process. En outre, le fabricant d&rsquo;API souhaite une solution haut de gamme pour son process. En plus des exigences techniques, un d\u00e9lai de livraison relativement court est souvent n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>WIKA a con\u00e7u un ensemble de solutions bas\u00e9es sur un seul mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;instrument de mesure qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 toutes les exigences du process de synth\u00e8se par des adaptations sp\u00e9cifiques. Il en r\u00e9sulte un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;instrumentation extr\u00eamement efficace et r\u00e9pondant aux derni\u00e8res technologies.<\/p>\n<h2>Le s\u00e9parateur \u00e0 membrane avec rev\u00eatement or emp\u00eache la diffusion d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;instrument de mesure s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour cette application est le transmetteur de process universel UPT-20. Ses performances, avec une pr\u00e9cision de 0,1 % de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, sont con\u00e7ues, entre autres, pour le contr\u00f4le de la pression dans l&rsquo;industrie pharmaceutique. Dans le cas de la synth\u00e8se API, les instruments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s avec les raccords process et les plages de pression respectives en fonction de la nature du point de mesure. Les transmetteurs de process destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e9nation ont donc re\u00e7u un s\u00e9parateur (mod\u00e8le 990.10), qui prot\u00e8ge le capteur de l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. \u00a0Sa membrane est recouverte d&rsquo;or afin de prot\u00e9ger le montage sur s\u00e9parateur par une barri\u00e8re suppl\u00e9mentaire contre la diffusion d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. La fragilisation de la membrane est ainsi \u00e9vit\u00e9e et, ce faisant la transmission fiable de la pression est garantie en permanence.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9tapes de process impliquant des produits chimiques et de la vapeur, WIKA a combin\u00e9 l&rsquo;UPT-20 avec le s\u00e9parateur mod\u00e8le 990.27. Celui-ci dispose d&rsquo;un raccord \u00e0 bride avec une membrane affleurante, ce qui permet un nettoyage sans r\u00e9sidus. La version standard du transmetteur de process est suffisante pour la surveillance de la pression dans les process de refroidissement &#8211; pour l&rsquo;alimentation en azote et en liquides de refroidissement.<\/p>\n<h2>Large spectre d&rsquo;utilisation dans l&rsquo;industrie pharmaceutique<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;exemple de la synth\u00e8se API montre que le transmetteur de process universel peut couvrir un large \u00e9ventail de surveillance de la pression dans l&rsquo;industrie pharmaceutique. En plus de sa grande pr\u00e9cision, le mod\u00e8le UPT-20 offre un large choix de plages de mesure, entre 0 &#8230; 400 mbar et 0 &#8230; 1000 bar. De plus, les versions de l&rsquo;instrument avec protocole HART\u00ae et certification ATEX augmentent la flexibilit\u00e9 par rapport aux applications.
