Dans le cadre de la surveillance de la pression, il remplit la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 centrale dans le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation en hydrog\u00e8ne pendant le trajet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nLes avantages de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wika.com\/fr-fr\/hydrogene.WIKA\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/a> dans le transport ferroviaire sont plut\u00f4t m\u00e9connus du grand public. M\u00eame si les premiers trains \u00e9quip\u00e9s de piles \u00e0 combustible H2 sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en service. Pour la surveillance de la pression du r\u00e9servoir et la r\u00e9gulation de la pression dans le train \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, le client utilise le pressostat PXA pour la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;instrument miniature arr\u00eate le syst\u00e8me de propulsion H2 dans deux cas, selon la fonction :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>si le r\u00e9servoir risque de se vider<\/li>\n<li>si la pression devient trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e lors du transfert de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne vers le syst\u00e8me de propulsion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une telle protection d&rsquo;urgence pourrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec un capteur de pression et un logiciel. Mais pour les trains, cette solution serait tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9e. En outre, elle pr\u00e9sente un risque d&rsquo;erreur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur un interrupteur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;homologation SIL-3 a justifi\u00e9 son utilisation<\/h2>\n<p>\nLe client n&rsquo;a pas choisi le mod\u00e8le PXA uniquement pour la qualit\u00e9 de ses mesures. Il r\u00e9pond ainsi ais\u00e9ment aux exigences du march\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;application H2 (SIL-2).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Bo\u00eetier antid\u00e9flagrant (\u00ab\u00a0Ex d\u00a0\u00bb) et design compact<\/h2>\n<p>\nLe PXA a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour des temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes allant de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +85 \u00b0C.
