Bien que ce r\u00e8glement ait expir\u00e9 en juillet 2022, il n&rsquo;a pas perdu sa pertinence &#8211; les fabricants et les utilisateurs continueront \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier les composants dot\u00e9s de l&rsquo;homologation EC79\/2009 pour leurs applications \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, puisque le certificat garantit la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment au contrat vert europ\u00e9en, l&rsquo;UE s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre neutre sur le plan climatique d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2050. <br \/>\n\u00c0 cette fin, d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030, les \u00e9missions de CO2 doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9duites de 55 % par rapport \u00e0 1990. Les syst\u00e8mes alternatifs de propulsion des v\u00e9hicules, tels que ceux fonctionnant \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, sont l&rsquo;une des composantes de ce process. <br \/>\nAfin de prendre en compte les progr\u00e8s techniques, il \u00e9tait donc n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;\u00e9largir le cadre juridique. Le r\u00e8glement CE79\/2009 a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit dans le domaine de la mobilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. <br \/>\nDans ce r\u00e8glement, les exigences relatives aux v\u00e9hicules et syst\u00e8mes fonctionnant \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne au sein de l&rsquo;UE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finies.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, la directive EC79\/2009 sp\u00e9cifie les exigences relatives aux composants suivants pour l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne gazeux :<\/p>\n<p>1. R\u00e9servoir<br \/>\n2. Vanne d&rsquo;arr\u00eat automatique<br \/>\n3. Assemblage du conteneur<br \/>\n4. Raccords<br \/>\n5. Ligne de carburant flexible<br \/>\n6. \u00c9changeur de chaleur<br \/>\n7. Filtre \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne<br \/>\n8. Vanne manuelle ou automatique<br \/>\n9. Clapet de retenue ou clapet anti-retour<br \/>\n10. R\u00e9gulateur de pression<br \/>\n11. Dispositif de d\u00e9charge de la pression<br \/>\n12. Soupape de surpression<br \/>\n13. Raccord ou r\u00e9ceptacle de ravitaillement<br \/>\n14. Connecteur amovible du syst\u00e8me de stockage d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne<br \/>\n15. Capteurs de pression, de temp\u00e9rature, d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et de d\u00e9bit (s&rsquo;ils sont utilis\u00e9s comme dispositif de s\u00e9curit\u00e9).<br \/>\n16. Capteurs de d\u00e9tection de fuite d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n<h2>Expiration du r\u00e8glement EC79\/2009<\/h2>\n<p>\n\u00c0 compter du 5 juillet 2022, le r\u00e8glement EC79\/2009 a \u00e9t\u00e9 abrog\u00e9 par l&rsquo;UE par le biais du <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32019R2144\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">r\u00e8glement EU2019\/2144<\/a> et cessera donc de s&rsquo;appliquer, les certificats EC79 existants conservant leur validit\u00e9. Toutefois, apr\u00e8s cette date, aucun nouveau certificat ne sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9 sur la base de cette directive.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9glementation future<\/h2>\n<p>\nPour la r\u00e9glementation des exigences futures, la validit\u00e9 du r\u00e8glement de l&rsquo;ONU n\u00b0 134 (UN ECE R134) est mentionn\u00e9e en remplacement. <br \/>\nToutefois, celle-ci ne couvre pas les composants tels que les capteurs de pression ou de temp\u00e9rature, mais se concentre sur les r\u00e9servoirs d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, les TPRD (\u00a0\u00bb thermally activated pressure relief devices \u00ab\u00a0), les vannes d&rsquo;arr\u00eat automatiques, les clapets anti-retour et les capteurs pour la d\u00e9tection des fuites d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. <br \/>\nPar cons\u00e9quent, conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement EU2019\/2144, il est toujours possible de tester les composants non couverts par la norme UN ECE R134 conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de la directive EC79\/2009 et de d\u00e9montrer ainsi leur aptitude \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<h2>La directive EC79\/2009 reste la base des applications mobiles de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n<p>\nTant que des composants tels que les capteurs de pression et de temp\u00e9rature ne sont pas d\u00e9finis dans une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation, WIKA suivra la voie d\u00e9crite dans l&rsquo;UE2019\/2144 et continuera \u00e0 effectuer des tests bas\u00e9s sur la norme EC79\/2009.
