Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;assemblage d&rsquo;un manom\u00e8tre en version de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avec une vanne pour \u00e9viter les \u00e9missions fugitives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 des combinaisons similaires, le syst\u00e8me EMICOgauge (EMICO = EMIssion COntrol) repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9volution cruciale : Il s&rsquo;agit du premier syst\u00e8me de ce type \u00e0 avoir subi un test d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de la norme TA Luft (VDI 2440) sur les \u00e9missions fugitives. Une conception sp\u00e9ciale a rendu cela possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Le raccord conique\/filet\u00e9 emp\u00eache les \u00e9missions fugitives<\/h2>\n<p>\nEn principe, tout instrument de mesure de pression peut \u00eatre coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;une des vannes d&rsquo;instrumentation \u00e0 \u00e9missions fugitives WIKA.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, on utilise un montage avec filetage &#8211; ce qui signifie un risque potentiel de fuite. Le syst\u00e8me EMICOgauge, au contraire, dispose d&rsquo;un raccord conique\/filet\u00e9 avec un adaptateur tournant librement et un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 redondant (joint m\u00e9tal sur m\u00e9tal plus joint torique).<\/p>\n<p>Les joints eux-m\u00eames sont fabriqu\u00e9s dans des mat\u00e9riaux particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9sistants aux influences chimiques et thermiques. Le syst\u00e8me EMICOgauge \u00e9limine une telle fuite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son raccord c\u00f4ne\/filetage avec adaptateur \u00e0 rotation libre et syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 redondant.<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Protection des personnes et du process<\/h2>\n<p>\nLe syst\u00e8me de mesure r\u00e9pond donc aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Il \u00e9limine d\u00e9finitivement les \u00e9missions fugitives de m\u00e9thane et d&rsquo;autres substances. Sa protection s&rsquo;\u00e9tend aussi bien \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement qu&rsquo;aux process et aux personnes qui y travaillent.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9thane, par exemple, n&rsquo;a pas seulement un fort potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement de la plan\u00e8te, il est aussi tr\u00e8s inflammable. Ce gaz est \u00e9galement la raison pour laquelle la vanne d&rsquo;instrumentation est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un manom\u00e8tre. Les points de mesure dans les zones de l&rsquo;usine o\u00f9 le m\u00e9thane circule dans les canalisations sont principalement \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;instruments d&rsquo;affichage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manom\u00e8tre en version de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 S-3<\/strong><br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me EMICOgauge mesure des pressions allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 420 bar avec le manom\u00e8tre mod\u00e8le 2xx.30 en version de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 S-3. <br \/>\nCette variante prot\u00e8ge l&rsquo;utilisateur contre les blessures en cas de d\u00e9faut d\u00fb \u00e0 une surpression.
