Pour l&rsquo;instrumentation n\u00e9cessaire, un fabricant pharmaceutique recherchait une solution tout-en-un r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 ses exigences de pr\u00e9cision, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;automatisation. Il a finalement opt\u00e9 pour le transmetteur de process mod\u00e8le UPT-2x de WIKA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Le fractionnement du plasma sanguin exige une surveillance tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise de la pression.<\/h2>\n<p>\nL&rsquo;entreprise produit divers d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du plasma, notamment des anticorps contre l&rsquo;h\u00e9patite B et le t\u00e9tanos. Elle obtient les prot\u00e9ines n\u00e9cessaires en fractionnant le plasma sanguin.<\/p>\n<p>Leur solubilit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres physiques et chimiques. Outre la concentration d&rsquo;\u00e9thanol, le pH et la temp\u00e9rature, ces param\u00e8tres comprennent aussi, et surtout, des pressions pr\u00e9cises \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du process. <br \/>\nC&rsquo;est pour cela que le contr\u00f4le de la pression joue un r\u00f4le si important dans le traitement du plasma sanguin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela signifie pour l&rsquo;instrumentation ?<\/strong> <br \/>\nLe fabricant a simplifi\u00e9 les choses en choisissant un seul type d&rsquo;instrument comme base : pas de diversification, donc pas de probl\u00e8mes de compatibilit\u00e9. En m\u00eame temps, il offre une surveillance locale de la d\u00e9tection de la pression.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, le fabricant avait besoin d&rsquo;une version \u00e0 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que pour la section de process dans laquelle l&rsquo;\u00e9thanol est utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>WIKA a pu r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes les sp\u00e9cifications avec son transmetteur de process universel UPT-2x. L&rsquo;instrument mesure avec une pr\u00e9cision jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,1 % de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle. <br \/>\nSon bo\u00eetier peut \u00eatre tourn\u00e9 de 330 degr\u00e9s et le grand \u00e9cran peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 par pas de 90 degr\u00e9s. La valeur mesur\u00e9e est ainsi clairement visible depuis une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;angles de vue et \u00e0 une distance pouvant atteindre cinq m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Les pressions dans le process de production r\u00e9el sont enregistr\u00e9es par des transmetteurs de mod\u00e8le UPT-21 mont\u00e9s sur s\u00e9parateur \u00e0 membrane. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;application, les montages sur s\u00e9parateur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s avec un raccord process TRI-CLAMP\u00ae.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9tection de la pression hydrostatique pour le calcul du niveau de remplissage<\/h2>\n<p>\nEn plus de la surveillance de la pression pendant le traitement du plasma sanguin, une autre t\u00e2che de mesure en aval devait \u00eatre remplie : la d\u00e9termination de la pression hydrostatique pour le calcul du niveau dans les r\u00e9servoirs de stockage. Le fluide process n&rsquo;est pas affect\u00e9 par cette m\u00e9thode de mesure.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, le client utilise le mod\u00e8le standard UPT-20 en combinaison avec le s\u00e9parateur \u00e0 membrane WIKA mod\u00e8le 990.17 pour les applications sanitaires.
