Ze maken grenswaarde bewaking mogelijk naast indicatie op locatie. Dergelijke instrumenten met schakelcontacten zijn daarom een belangrijk onderdeel van de procesinstrumentatie in de procesindustrie. Daarom biedt WIKA een zeer breed assortiment in dit productsegment. Het voldoet aan de eisen van verschillende industrie\u00ebn, van de chemische tot de farmaceutische en voedingsmiddelenindustrie, van de olie- en gassector tot de sector basismaterialen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het assortiment instrumenten met schakelcontacten omvat alle soorten manometers en bimetaal- en gasgestuurde thermometers. Afhankelijk van de taak kunnen de instrumenten tot vier schakelcontacten hebben. Deze kunnen naar wens worden uitgevoerd als normaal gesloten, normaal open of wisselcontacten. Voor veiligheid kritische toepassingen zijn er varianten met gescheiden circuits en\/of kabelbreukbewaking. De IP65-beschermde kabelmof is ook bestand tegen zware omgevingsomstandigheden. De instrumenten kunnen ook worden uitgerust met een contact beveiligingsrelais voor het langdurig schakelen van grotere belastingen (&gt; 1 A).<\/p>\n<h2>Vier verschillende schakelcontacten voor drukmeters en thermometers<\/h2>\n<p>Alle schakelcontacten in drukmeters en mechanische thermometers kunnen over het hele schaalbereik worden ingesteld met behulp van de instelwijzer. Wanneer de gespecificeerde druk- of temperatuurwaarde wordt bereikt, activeren ze een alarm en\/of schakelen ze processen uit of in. Er zijn vier verschillende schakelcontacten beschikbaar voor uiteenlopende toepassingen<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:369px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/18\/files\/2024\/07\/textbild_msk_30.jpg\" alt=\"Magnetic snap-action contacts can be used almost universally.\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Magnetische snap-action contacten<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p><strong>Magnetische snapcontacten<\/strong> kunnen bijna universeel worden gebruikt vanwege hun eenvoudige functie. Een magneet op de instelwijzer trekt de contactarm van de schakelaar aan zodra de werkelijke waarde-aanwijzer van het meetinstrument de grenswaarde heeft bereikt. De contactarm opent of sluit dan het circuit. Dit principe minimaliseert het risico op lichtbogen. De signaaluitvoer kan na of voor de wijzerbeweging plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:369px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/18\/files\/2024\/07\/textbild_rek_30.jpg\" alt=\"Reed contacts are switching contacts for high and low loads.\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Reed contacten<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p><strong>Reed contacten<\/strong> bieden ook een grote flexibiliteit. Ze schakelen zowel hoge als lage belastingen, bijvoorbeeld in een PLC-besturingssysteem. Reed-contacten zijn magnetische contactbouten die in glas zijn gesmolten. Ze worden contactloos geactiveerd door een magneet op de wijzer van de werkelijke waarde. Dit type contact is bijzonder goed bestand tegen trillingen dankzij het ontwerp en de lage massa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:369px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/nl\/\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/33\/files\/2024\/07\/textbild_ink_30.jpg\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Inductieve contacten<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p><strong>Inductieve contacten<\/strong> zijn bijzonder geschikt voor gebruik in gevaarlijke omgevingen. Ze zijn ook geschikt voor taken met een hoge schakelfrequentie. Inductieve contacten werken zonder contact of slijtage; ze bestaan uit een metalen vaan die in een elektromagnetisch veld wordt geplaatst. De resulterende demping van het veld werkt als een ingangssignaal voor de externe besturingseenheid die het schakelen uitvoert..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:369px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/nl\/\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/33\/files\/2024\/07\/textbild_elk_30.jpg\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Elektronische contacten<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><strong>Elektronische contacten<\/strong> <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">w<\/span>erken volgens hetzelfde slijtagevrije principe als inductieve contacten. In tegenstelling tot dat contacttype bevatten deze echter de elektronica voor het direct schakelen van lage spanningen, bijvoorbeeld in PLC-besturingen. Ze worden daarom ook wel \u201cinductieve contacten met ge\u00efntegreerde schakelversterker\u201d genoemd.
