Ik zou deze blog willen gebruiken om dieper in te gaan op de kwestie van de verbindingstypen. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Weerstandsthermometers veranderen hun elektrische weerstand als functie van de temperatuur. Dit fysieke effect maakt het mogelijk om de temperatuur van een proces met een Pt100 te meten. De weerstand wordt bepaald door elektronica (bijv. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wika.nl\/products_temperature_transmitters_nl_bx.WIKA\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">temperatuurtransmitter<\/a>) door gebruik te maken van een constante stroom en spanningsval te meten. Volgens de wet van Ohm (R = U\/I) zijn de weerstand [R] en spanning [U] evenredig met elkaar bij een constante stroom [I]. Er zijn drie mogelijkheden om de Pt100 op de transmitter aan te sluiten: in een 2-, 3- of 4-draadsaansluiting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/nl\/\/files\/2016\/11\/schaltungsarten_zeichnung-2leiter-388x190.jpg\" alt=\"Fig.: Pt100 in 2-draads aansluiting \" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig.: Pt100 in 2-draads aansluiting<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<h2>Pt100 in 2-draadsaansluiting<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Bij een 2-draadsaansluiting wordt de weerstand van de kabels als een fout in de meting toegevoegd. Voor een koperen kabel met een doorsnede van 0,22 mm2 geldt de volgende richtwaarde: 0,162 \u03a9\/m \uf0e0 0,42 \u00b0C\/m voor Pt100. Bij een uitvoering met Pt1000 is de invloed van de toevoerleiding (bij 0,04 \u00b0C\/m) ten opzichte van de basisweerstand met een factor 10 kleiner. Bij een NTC-meetelement (bijv. R25 = 10 k) wordt de loodweerstand ten opzichte van de basisweerstand R25 nog minder belangrijk. Door de hellingskarakteristiek van de NTC neemt de invloed bij hogere temperaturen onevenredig toe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/nl\/\/files\/2016\/11\/schaltungsarten_zeichnung-3l-388x174.jpg\" alt=\"Fig.: Pt100 in 3-draads aansluiting\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig.: Pt100 in 3-draads aansluiting<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<h2>Pt100 in 3-draadsaansluiting<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">De invloed van de kabelweerstand wordt zoveel mogelijk gecompenseerd door een 3-draadsaansluiting. Vereiste hiervoor is dat de draadweerstanden dezelfde zijn, zoals bij een 3-draadsaansluiting kan worden aangenomen. De maximale lengte van de aansluitkabel is afhankelijk van de aderdoorsnede en de compensatiemogelijkheden van de verwerkingselektronica (transmitter, display, regelaar of procesbesturing).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/nl\/\/files\/2016\/11\/schaltungsarten_zeichnung-4leiter-388x135.jpg\" alt=\"Fig.: Pt100 in 4-draads verbinding\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig.: Pt100 in 4-draads verbinding<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<h2>Pt100 in 4-draadsaansluiting<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">De 4-draadsaansluiting elimineert de invloed van de aansluitkabel op het meetresultaat volledig, omdat eventuele asymmetrie\u00ebn in de kabelweerstand van de aansluitkabel ook worden gecompenseerd.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Alternatieve maatregelen<\/h2>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:396px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/nl\/\/files\/2017\/06\/measuring-error-388x211.png\" alt=\"Voorbeeld: Meetfout bij 150 \u00b0C, kabellengte 10 m, aderdoorsnede 0,22 mm<sup><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">2<\/sup>\" \/> Voorbeeld: Meetfout bij 150 \u00b0C, kabellengte 10 m, aderdoorsnede 0,22 mm<sup>2<\/sup><\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Een andere mogelijkheid om de invloed van de bekabeling aanzienlijk te verminderen is het vergroten van de geleiderdoorsnede. Bij een doorsnede van 0,5 mm2 bedraagt de lijnweerstand slechts 0,036 \u03a9\/m of 0,1 \u00b0C\/m. Beide opties (3\/4-draadsaansluiting of vergroting van de doorsnede) leiden tot hogere kosten in de bekabeling, wat vooral in kostengevoelige markten zoals de machinebouw problematisch kan zijn. For example, class B wire-wound resistance thermometers have a defined measuring range of -196 \\u00b0C to a maximum of 600 \\u00b0C. If the temperature exceeds or drops below this range, the measured values of the temperature sensors begin to drift so they no longer measure within the defined accuracy and thus the measuring result is falsified.
