Quick-mounting clips for various pipe diameters

A quick-mounting clip enables fast and cost-effective fitting of strap-on temperature sensors in heating systems and heat pumps. These can be quickly and easily clipped onto the heating pipe without the need for any tools.

Generally, in practice, strap-on temperature sensors are attached through soldering an insertion sleeve onto the heating pipe or by using a worm-drive hose clip. These modes of fitting are complex and cost time and money.

Quick and economical fitting of the quick-mounting clips

A quick-mounting clip in conjunction with a strap-on temperature sensor offers the heating engineer a simple and also efficient solution to set up a temperature measuring point quickly and cost-effectively. These are also ideally suited to retrofitting in existing installations and can be mounted without any access to the process.

For fast and simple fitting, a TF44 strap-on temperature sensor is clamped into the quick-mounting clip and then clipped onto the pipeline by hand, without the need for any tools. The sensor is fixed onto the pipe through the special geometry and clamping action.
