O artigo a seguir explica, portanto, o que precisa ser levado em conta com essa configura\u00e7\u00e3o. Envolve um pressostato com fun\u00e7\u00e3o de histerese. Instrumentos com esta configura\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o mais frequentemente instalados em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es industriais.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pressostatos eletr\u00f4nicos, como os modelos WIKA PSD-4 e PSD-4-ECO ou o sensor de press\u00e3o A-1200 com IO-Link, operam como \u201cnormalmente fechado\u201d ou \u201cnormalmente aberto\u201d, dependendo da tarefa. Esta regra pode ser facilmente compreendida com ajustes para press\u00f5es de ar ambiente.<\/p>\n<h2>Exemplo: Controle de uma bomba de v\u00e1cuo<\/h2>\n<p>Ajustar os pontos de comuta\u00e7\u00e3o na faixa de v\u00e1cuo requer mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o. Para ilustrar, tomemos o controle de uma bomba de v\u00e1cuo, por exemplo, que deve manter um v\u00e1cuo entre -0,7 bar e -0,5 bar. Para a tarefa descrita, selecionamos um pressostato com faixa de medi\u00e7\u00e3o de -1 \u2026 0 bar.<\/p>\n<p>O in\u00edcio da faixa de medi\u00e7\u00e3o (MRS) \u00e9, portanto, -1 bar, o fim da faixa de medi\u00e7\u00e3o (MRE) \u00e9 0 bar. Isto significa: A 0 bar (= in\u00edcio de funcionamento) o interruptor deve ser fechado para ligar a bomba de v\u00e1cuo. Se a press\u00e3o cair para -0,7 bar, a chave deve abrir e parar a bomba. Assim que a press\u00e3o atingir o valor limite superior de -0,5 bar, a bomba deve iniciar novamente e funcionar at\u00e9 que a press\u00e3o caia novamente para -0,7 bar.<\/p>\n<p>Como os pontos de comuta\u00e7\u00e3o devem ser ajustados dentro desta faixa de v\u00e1cuo?
