Um exemplo \u00e9 a temperatura, uma vari\u00e1vel cr\u00edtica durante o reabastecimento com hidrog\u00eanio, que exige o uso de um termopar espec\u00edfico para monitoramento. Por isso, um fabricante de sistemas de reabastecimento de hidrog\u00eanio escolheu a instrumenta\u00e7\u00e3o da WIKA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 primeira vista, os postos de abastecimento para ve\u00edculos movidos a hidrog\u00eanio, muitas vezes denominados como Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Reabastecimento de Hidrog\u00eanio (ERH), assemelham-se aos postos para motor<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"max-width:374px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/pt\/files\/2025\/02\/textbild_h2_tc90.jpg\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Robusto e responsivo : O termopar de alta press\u00e3o modelo TC90 foi projetado para monitoramento de temperatura durante o reabastecimento de hidrog\u00eanio.<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>es de combust\u00e3o convencionais. No entanto, \u00e9 importante considerar que, ao contr\u00e1rio de outros gases, o hidrog\u00eanio aquece durante a expans\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, o monitoramento da temperatura \u00e9 crucial no reabastecimento com hidrog\u00eanio. Esse monitoramento ocorre em uma faixa de -40 \u00b0C a +85 \u00b0C. A temperatura mais baixa \u00e9 a do hidrog\u00eanio no in\u00edcio do processo de reabastecimento, obtida atrav\u00e9s do resfriamento com um trocador de calor. A temperatura mais alta corresponde ao limite m\u00e1ximo para o qual os tanques padr\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos a hidrog\u00eanio s\u00e3o especificados, que s\u00e3o tanques de fibra de carbono do tipo 4.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Arrefecimento das temperaturas crescentes durante o reabastecimento de hidrog\u00eanio numa fase inicial<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>A temperatura durante o reabastecimento com hidrog\u00eanio nunca deve exceder +85 \u00b0C. Se essa temperatura for atingida, o sistema desacelera o processo de reabastecimento e o regula por meio do resfriamento. Para monitorar a temperatura do H\u2082, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um instrumento de medi\u00e7\u00e3o que combine sensibilidade e robustez, al\u00e9m de minimizar o impacto no fluxo do meio. Por isso, o fabricante de ERH mencionado anteriormente escolheu o termopar de alta press\u00e3o modelo TC90 da WIKA. Os seguintes motivos, em particular, apoiaram a escolha deste instrumento<\/li>\n<li>O TC90 \u00e9 compacto e projetado para tarefas de medi\u00e7\u00e3o em tubos de pequenos di\u00e2metros nominais.<\/li>\n<li>Sua ponta de sonda pode suportar press\u00f5es de at\u00e9 900 bar, que ocorrem durante o reabastecimento de hidrog\u00eanio, mesmo sem prote\u00e7\u00e3o adicional.<\/li>\n<li>A vers\u00e3o com conex\u00e3o roscada de alta press\u00e3o confere ao TC90 a resist\u00eancia necess\u00e1ria e mant\u00e9m o local de medi\u00e7\u00e3o selado de forma confi\u00e1vel.<\/li>\n<li>O contato direto da sonda com o meio garante tempos de resposta curtos, de apenas alguns segundos, essenciais para regular o resfriamento.<\/li>\n<li>Todos os componentes em contato com o hidrog\u00eanio s\u00e3o feitos de materiais compat\u00edveis com H\u2082.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>Termopar tamb\u00e9m dispon\u00edvel em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com um transmissor SIL 2<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Para uso em sistemas de reabastecimento, o termopar TC90 est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em vers\u00f5es com prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra explos\u00e3o, conforme as normas ATEX e IEC Ex e possibilidade para certifica\u00e7\u00e3o CSE INMETRO. He explains that hydrogen gas warms up when it expands. It is important to keep the temperature of the gas below 85 degrees when filling a vehicle with hydrogen.
