{"id":1566,"date":"2016-11-17T16:01:57","date_gmt":"2016-11-17T18:01:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/de\/?p=1566"},"modified":"2016-12-08T10:52:26","modified_gmt":"2016-12-08T12:52:26","slug":"limpeza-de-sondas-de-nivel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/pt\/know-how\/limpeza-de-sondas-de-nivel\/","title":{"rendered":"Limpeza de sondas de n\u00edvel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Se o projeto espec\u00edfico de uma sonda de n\u00edvel ou sensor de n\u00edvel \u00e9 escolhido para medir n\u00edveis de enchimento, muitas vezes isto significa que a sonda est\u00e1 sendo utilizada sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es de ambiente que causariam falhas em sensores de n\u00edvel comuns.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais adversas como meios com presen\u00e7a de sujeira, ingredientes abrasivos e lama, quando utilizado em plantas de tratamento de \u00e1gua, tanques de \u00e1gua salobra e residuais, ou at\u00e9 em torres de esgoto, necessitam de requisitos especiais no design de uma sonda de n\u00edvel. Um dos principais requisitos de uma sonda de n\u00edvel \u00e9 possuir a menor susceptibilidade poss\u00edvel \u00e0 contamina\u00e7\u00e3o ou obstru\u00e7\u00e3o da sonda de n\u00edvel atrav\u00e9s do aperfei\u00e7oamento de seu design f\u00edsico. \u00c9 por esta raz\u00e3o que o usual design de transmissores de press\u00e3o com tomadas de medi\u00e7\u00e3o estreitas n\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizado em sondas de n\u00edvel devido a tend\u00eancia de obstru\u00e7\u00e3o nestas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O design da sonda de n\u00edvel e seu diafragma pressurizado de sensor \u00e9 otimizado para manter bem baixa a susceptibilidade \u00e0 contamina\u00e7\u00e3o. Por\u00e9m, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o continua em meios com presen\u00e7a de sujeiras pode resultar na incrusta\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas no diafragma de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel. Para alcan\u00e7ar alta exatid\u00e3o e r\u00e1pidos tempos de resposta em caso de altera\u00e7\u00f5es de n\u00edvel, a espessura do diafragma de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel j\u00e1 \u00e9 minimizada pela f\u00e1brica para somente poucos m\u00edcrons. Desta forma, a limpeza do diafragma deve ser executada com muito cuidado. Deve-se sempre evitar o uso de ferramentas afiadas ou com pontas. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 recomendado evitar o uso de chaves de fenda e canetas.<\/p>\n<p>Se limpeza de diafragma do sensor for necess\u00e1ria, ent\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser utilizado um jato de \u00e1gua fraco para lav\u00e1-lo ou efetuar a limpeza cuidadosamente utilizando ar comprimido. Qualquer dano ao diafragma devido a entalhes ou partes amassadas, mesmo que estes pare\u00e7am apenas superficiais, resulta em perda significativa de exatid\u00e3o da medi\u00e7\u00e3o de n\u00edvel. A deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do diafragma muitas vezes altera o ponto de zero do sistema de medi\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nico interno, e adicionalmente distorce a lineariza\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal de sa\u00edda que foi ajustado pela f\u00e1brica para condi\u00e7\u00f5es de diafragma intacto. Assim, a sonda de n\u00edvel com diafragma danificado gera medi\u00e7\u00f5es err\u00f4neas de n\u00edvel e, assim, nestes casos, n\u00e3o pode ser considerada um instrumento de medi\u00e7\u00e3o confi\u00e1vel.
