Entretanto, enquanto o refrigerador retira calor do seu interior e libera para o ambiente, a bomba de calor remove calor do exterior (ar, solo etc.) e libera como energia de aquecimento. Assim, o sistema funciona exatamente no modo inverso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para conseguir isso, a bomba de calor realiza a compress\u00e3o do g\u00e1s (como no refrigerador) e assim libera o calor previamente removido do ambiente atrav\u00e9s de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o.
