Nossos colegas da WIKA USA est\u00e3o determinados a ajudar a reduzir esse n\u00famero. O maior esfor\u00e7o volunt\u00e1rio da empresa at\u00e9 o momento nos EUA foi o evento \u201cFrom Hunger to Hope MobilePack\u201d, realizado em mar\u00e7o de 2018 em Lawrenceville, na Ge\u00f3rgia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 funcion\u00e1rios da WIKA &#8211; de gerentes a funcion\u00e1rios de escrit\u00f3rio e de produ\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; se inscreveram espontaneamente para levar refei\u00e7\u00f5es para crian\u00e7as famintas em todo o mundo em turnos de duas horas. A WIKA USA foi patrocinadora de ouro, fornecendo centenas de horas de voluntariado e doando 50 d\u00f3lares por volunt\u00e1rio para apoiar o evento. Stephanie Jones, diretora de rela\u00e7\u00f5es com funcion\u00e1rios da WIKA USA, foi uma das 100 volunt\u00e1rias da empresa. Seu primeiro dia de \u201cFrom Hunger to Hope\u201d foi uma experi\u00eancia que ela recordar\u00e1 por muito tempo: \u201cFoi emocionalmente muito tocante. Quando voc\u00ea enche uma sacola com vitamina em p\u00f3, prote\u00edna de soja, arroz e vegetais secos, voc\u00ea realmente v\u00ea o que vai fornecer seis refei\u00e7\u00f5es para algu\u00e9m que n\u00e3o tem nada para comer. Cada sacola representa uma crian\u00e7a.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A WIKA participou deste evento antes, mas apenas com 50 funcion\u00e1rios volunt\u00e1rios. &#8220;Desta vez, tivemos mais de 100 pessoas que queriam se voluntariar&#8221;, disse Jones. \u201cMas, sendo uma f\u00e1brica, temos metas de entrega pontuais. Com um total de 900 pessoas em Lawrenceville, decidimos que poder\u00edamos ceder cerca de 100. N\u00f3s definitivamente n\u00e3o tivemos problema em cobrir esses 100 lugares. \u201d Como l\u00edder em instrumentos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o e tecnologia, a WIKA USA est\u00e1, sem d\u00favida, comprometida com a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente, educa\u00e7\u00e3o dos funcion\u00e1rios e melhoria cont\u00ednua melhoria.
