Mas o que realmente acontece dentro de uma v\u00e1lvula monoflange, uma vez instalada?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Em um processo qu\u00edmico, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio alto ra de resposta para a maioria das aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de controle. Uma das vari\u00e1veis que afetam o tempo de resposta, \u00e9 o volume e a dist\u00e2ncia entre processos e instrumentos. Se o meio a ser medido for o g\u00e1s, e o processo tende a flutuar fortemente \u00e0s vezes ou se o controle for cr\u00edtico, montar o instrumento pr\u00f3ximo ao processo \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>As vibra\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o cr\u00edticas, por exemplo, no caso de linhas de impulso serem conectadas a um tanque. Quanto mais longa for a conex\u00e3o, maior a amplitude da vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, causando poss\u00edveis falhas no bocal. Um monoflange inclui uma, duas ou tr\u00eas v\u00e1lvulas agulha dentro de um corpo compacto em forma de flange, permitindo uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa do volume, dimens\u00f5es, peso e pontos de vazamento em potencial.<\/p>\n<h2>Monoflange \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Dependendo dos requisitos da planta em que est\u00e1 instalado, o monoflange pode incorporar uma, duas ou tr\u00eas v\u00e1lvulas. Em um monoflange com duas v\u00e1lvulas (bloqueio e al\u00edvio), uma v\u00e1lvula (com uma marca\u00e7\u00e3o azul) isola o processo e a outra (com uma marca\u00e7\u00e3o vermelha) regula a ventila\u00e7\u00e3o do meio preso dentro do instrumento. Isso \u00e9 usado principalmente em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o relativamente cr\u00edticas (por exemplo, baixa press\u00e3o) ou onde uma primeira v\u00e1lvula de bloqueio \u00e9 fornecida logo antes da monoflange.<\/p>\n<p>A configura\u00e7\u00e3o mais segura, e a que recomendamos para meios agressivos ou condi\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00edticas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 o monoflange de tr\u00eas v\u00e1lvulas, ou o chamado DBB (double block &amp; bleed), que apresenta duas v\u00e1lvulas de bloqueio em s\u00e9rie e uma v\u00e1lvula de al\u00edvio.<\/p>\n<h2>Funcionalidade monoflange<\/h2>\n<p>Os corpos do monoflange s\u00e3o perfurados internamente com orif\u00edcios que conectam as c\u00e2maras da v\u00e1lvula anular.<\/p>\n<p>A figura a seguir ilustra o processo em um monoflange DBB:<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/en\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/18\/files\/2020\/02\/textbild_quer_0410_3-838x318.jpg\" class=\"alignnone\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>O fluxo entra no monoflange a partir da tubula\u00e7\u00e3o, abaixo da primeira v\u00e1lvula de bloqueio [1];<\/li>\n<li>Quando a primeira v\u00e1lvula de bloqueio [1] se abre, o fluxo prossegue em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 segunda v\u00e1lvula de bloqueio [2]; quando a v\u00e1lvula [2] \u00e9 aberta, o instrumento \u00e9 conectado \u00e0 linha de processo;<\/li>\n<li>Quando a primeira v\u00e1lvula de bloqueio [1] \u00e9 fechada, o meio preso entre a v\u00e1lvula e o instrumento pode ser descarregado atrav\u00e9s do dreno a v\u00e1lvula [3] pela da sa\u00edda de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o. As duas v\u00e1lvulas de bloqueio [1, 2] est\u00e3o em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o angular, o que permite que o fluxo passe por elas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As duas v\u00e1lvulas de bloqueio permitem um melhor isolamento do processo: Caso a primeira v\u00e1lvula de bloqueio n\u00e3o isole o meio adequadamente, a segunda atuar\u00e1 como um meio de seguran\u00e7a contra vazamentos acidentais. Em alguns casos, as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do cliente n\u00e3o permitem que o meio entre em contato com o instrumento quando ele n\u00e3o est\u00e1 medindo o mesmo. Por esse motivo, o meio deve ser descarregado usando a linha de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o.
