With our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wika.com\/en-us\/232_34_233_34.WIKA?ProductGroup=85995&amp;294=1215\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">23X.34 XSEL<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> pressure gauge<\/a> clean-welded to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wika.com\/en-us\/990_34.WIKA\" rel=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">990.34 diaphragm seal with welded design<\/a>, the AWS <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wika.com\/us\/\/products\/pressure-products\/wika-usa-solves-your-diaphragm-seal-issues\/\">solves a range of diaphragm seal issues<\/a> common in the process industry:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li><strong><span>Loose bolts. <\/span><\/strong><span>The welded system eliminates the need to clamp the process gauge to the diaphragm seal, which means there are no bolts that can work themselves loose in applications with heavy vibration and severe pulsation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Fugitive emissions. <\/span><\/strong><span>The all-welded assembly eliminates all potential leak paths and tampering risks, important considerations in applications that tightly control emissions. Thanks to the welds, the AWS qualifies as a dual-containment system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Poor thread contact. <\/span><\/strong><span>Heavy vibrations and extreme temperatures can loosen the thread contact between the process gauge and its diaphragm seal assembly.
